I have a HP Pavillion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000i and it has been really underperforming for a while in a lot of games I usually play so I did some research recently and apparently my RAM isn't running as it should and I should go into BIOS to enable something called XMP.
The problem is I can't access BIOS, in fact if I try to even go and do an advanced setup my screen just stays black, there is the advanced startup screen there but I just can't see it, I found a work around to this by going to into safe mode from changing my boot settings in msconfig but after my PC booted up it was there again, a black screen. I turned my PC off and on and it finally worked and the PC properly booted into safe mode from which I went into settings > system > advanced startup and I could finally see the blue advanced startup screen and boot into BIOS, however the XMP option wasn't in BIOS...
I did some more research and apparently I have to boot into OMEN Setup Utility which can be done with either pressing escape or f10 while booting up your PC but it just does not work...
Please help me resolve this here is some of my system information which might be helpful
