Can't disable fn key on bios

Hi, I recently bought an Hp Pavillion 690-0084 and the action keys are disabled by default. I can't seem to find in the BIOS menu the device configuration section, or anything to enable the action keys, can anyone help me?

This is an option most often with laptops For a desktop computer

three options: Trying key reconfiguration software, sometimes works Nothing to do

you have to do with it, if the keyboard does not allow you to do otherwise

At worst, try another keyboard!
