Trying to load a 2007 iPod. When the iPod is plugged in screen indicates “the software required for communication with iPods is not installed. Would you like to download and install it now. I click the download, then a shield pops up asking if I want to allow this app to make changes to my device. I click yes, “Unable to install the iPod support software:An unknown error occurred (1618) every time….
