Can't log in on HP Smart App on Macbook

HP Recommended
OfficeJet 6968
macOS 10.15 Catalina

While trying to log on HP Smart App on my Macbook, the log-in page always stuck as "Thank you for your patience..." Page. As shown in the attached photo below.  I have restarted the app several times, and the problems persisted each time. 

 

Does anyone have similar problems?
