I am unable to log into my account on the HP Store webpage.  I enter the last known username and password and then receive and enter my 2 factor authentication code.  The website processes my information and then returns me to a webpage that states there is an error in my information.  I have a choice of re-entering my information and trying again or attempting to change my password.  This error happens repeatedly despite re-typing my original information or using a new password.  On the other hand, when I go to HP.com and attempt to log into my account, I am successful.  Regrettably, this success is not shared with the HP Store webpage.  As a side note, I cannot log out of my account the HP.com webpage when using Edge but I can when using Firefox.  Consequently, I spent a couple of hours on the phone with three different HP Support reps (nice folks all).  I will get to the nugget of what I was told.  An HP support rep from Smart Friends needs to access my new HP Pavilion Gaming PC and fix third party software on my PC that is causing this problem.  Charges for services will be billed monthly or annually.  I checked my cookie settings and verified that they accept third party cookies...and they do.  I will obtain an opinion about this from my personal PC repair service.  If anyone has a simple solution, I would like to hear about it.

I'd work with the HP store - call them and / or contact the Store Customer Service.

I would not subscribe to HP Smart Friends for this.
