Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

There used to be a PIN in the top left hand of corner of screen. One day it just disappeared and can’t get into computer. There are other password option but they are unknown because this was my late grandfathers computer. How do I get into the laptop so I can take all the passwords off and make a new one OR how do I reset the whole computer without deleting any of the important files?DA8D2557-92D5-4B1B-ABE4-892634FA8497.jpeg
