I do not see why it would not run. There is a caution listed that only 3gb of memory can be accessed. I think the bigger problem is the lack of 32 bit applications and drivers. What good will it be if 7 runs fine but the USB ports do not work.
I recommend installing Hyper-V and running windows 7/32 inside a virtual machine.
It requires win 10 or11 pro as it wont run on home. It does require more memory than a dual boot system.
