Hi @scorine99 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
If your HP Pavilion All-In-One PC 27-D0000i is having trouble connecting to other devices via Bluetooth, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Check Bluetooth Status:
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your HP Pavilion. You can usually find this in the system settings or control panel.
- Verify that the Bluetooth icon is visible in the system tray/notification area.
-
Ensure Bluetooth is Discoverable:
- If you are trying to connect from another device, ensure that your HP Pavilion is set to be discoverable. This setting is often found in Bluetooth settings.
-
Update Bluetooth Drivers:
- Make sure your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can check for driver updates on the HP support website or use the Device Manager on your PC. Click here
-
Restart Bluetooth Service:
- Sometimes restarting the Bluetooth service can resolve connectivity issues. You can do this by:
- Press
Win + X
and select "Device Manager." - Locate "Bluetooth" and right-click on your Bluetooth device.
- Choose "Disable" and then "Enable" to restart the Bluetooth service.

Check for Interference:
- Ensure that there are no other electronic devices nearby that could interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Devices like cordless phones, Wi-Fi routers, and other Bluetooth devices can cause interference.
-
Remove and Re-pair Devices:
- If you have already paired the devices but are having issues, try removing the pairing and then re-pairing them. This involves forgetting the device on both your HP Pavilion and the device you are trying to connect.
-
Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
- Windows often has built-in troubleshooters. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot" > "Additional troubleshooters" and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
-
Update Windows:
- Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements, which could address Bluetooth issues.
-
Check Bluetooth Hardware:
- Ensure that the Bluetooth hardware on your HP Pavilion is functioning correctly. You might want to contact HP support for assistance if you suspect a hardware issue.
-
Restore to a Previous State:
- If the issue started after a recent change, you might consider using System Restore to revert your system to a state where Bluetooth was working correctly.
If you've tried these steps and still experience issues, it might be worthwhile to contact HP support for more specific assistance with your particular model.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
