Hello,

I tried to add my new HP 970 Programmable Wireless Keyboard to the HP Accessory Center, without success.

In the HP Accessory Center, I chose the option:

ADD NEW DEVICE

then

KEYBOARD

then

HP 970/975 KEYBOARD SERIES 

Then a window from the Windows Settings pops-up and I am in the BLUETOOTH & DEVICES Menu.

If I choose the option ADD A NEW DEVICE, it starts looking for a new Device but after a long wait, it never recognises the 970 KEYBOARD and as such the Keyboard is not added to the HP Accessory Center.

What can I do to add the HP 970 keyboard to the HP Accessory Center?
