HPE Pavilion H8-1360t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HPE Pavilion H8-1360t desktop with windows 10 installed. The computer was manufactured back in 2013. I am trying to install the newest version of HP Support Solutions Framework ultimately to install the newest version of HP Support Assistant. The installion of HP Support Assistant Framework quits almost immediately becasue it says the GmdClient.msi does not exist then the error message states that it cannot uninstall an older version of HP Support Solutions Framework. I have successfully uninstalled the older version of HP Support Assistant through the control panel. There is no older Version of HP Support Assistant Framework on the computer and there never was anything like that to uninstall. It appears the GmdClient.msi may be the uninstallation package for the older version. I don't know. Without the GmdClient.msi it appears the installation process for the new HP Support Assistant Framework will not progress. I have tried Revo uninstaller and the microsoft installer/uninstaller without any success. This is a great computer with tons of RAM and an i7 processor. With a newly installed SSD this thing is lightning fast, I would like to make this computer last as long as possible
