HP all-in-One 24-dp0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New HP all in one cannot print to a Brother MFC-J4420DW in portrait mode. All other devices, desktops, laptops, android tablets print ok. BIOS, updated, W10 updated, print driver updated, nothing helps.

@Bernie-A , welcome to the forum.

Here is the Full Driver and Software package for the computer: https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=mfcj4420dw_us_eu&_ga=2.129437580...

You should download and install it to see if it solves your problem.  An incorrect driver can cause the problems that you are experiencing.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
