Product: HP all-in-One 24-dp0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New HP all in one cannot print to a Brother MFC-J4420DW in portrait mode. All other devices, desktops, laptops, android tablets print ok. BIOS, updated, W10 updated, print driver updated, nothing helps.

You should download and install it to see if it solves your problem.  An incorrect driver can cause the problems that you are experiencing.
