Hi, I'm Jack. I was recently trying to use a usb drive when suddenly I was unable to use it. I assumed it was a problem with the drivers. I updated one of the drivers and changed my usb connector's driver to the one it was previously using. I can't mention these by name, because I restarted my computer and my usb ports no longer work. Meaning I can't move my mouse or use the keyboard. I can only stare at my desktop lockscreen. Can someone help or am I screwed?

@Tilbon
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
