After updating to Windows 10 from Windows 7 I lost the little pop up screen that indicated whether cap lock was on or off when pressing the cap lock key.  My key board does not have an indicator light for cap and numbers lock. This is a problem when entering passwords. How can I get the pop up back?

Here is an interesting workaround video description: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89JCZvPuJ6s

If you enable this,  then just press the caps lock key.  If you get a beep, you know it's ON; if you don't, you know you turned it off.
