Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-r0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using Roxio DVD to DVD on Windows 10 then it stopped capturing Video. It uses USB 2.0, I checked the Device Manager.

All the USB are 3.0 It must have changed in an up-date. Canthis be Changed back to 2.0?

As far as I know it is imposable to turn USB 2.0 ports into USB 3.0 ports.

 

You must have some other problem???

 

To better assist you, the members will need the exact model number or product number of your desktop???
