Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My PC spontaneously shut down then immediately restarted on its own.  Since then several changes I make do not stay when I shut it down:  programs I place in the taskbar, changes in DXO Photolabs and Photoshop Elements, having Open Office instead of Microsoft to open programs.  No networks show up so I cannot connect to Wifi.  A message comes up saying it is set to automatically connect to a service I have not  had for over a year.
