Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Unfortunately, the CPU in your HP All-in-One - 20-c023w is soldered to the motherboard, meaning it cannot be upgraded.
Most budget All-in-One PCs, including yours, use a non-removable processor, so swapping it out isn’t an option.
What Can You Upgrade Instead?
While the CPU itself can't be changed, you can still improve your system’s performance by:
✔ Upgrading the RAM – If your PC has only 4GB, increasing it to 8GB can make a noticeable difference.
✔ Replacing the HDD with an SSD – If your PC is still using a mechanical hard drive, switching to an SSD will greatly improve speed and responsiveness.
Looking for More Performance?
If you're looking for a CPU upgrade, the only real option would be to consider a newer PC that supports a more powerful processor. Let me know if you’d like recommendations! 😊
Kind Regards,
