After installing the latest windows 10 update, it started with a code 43 on my graphics card and now its throwing a code 28 on my pci port as well. I understand its a fairly old computer but it was doing just fine before the latest update. my graphics card is a gtx 560.

Hi:

You need this driver for the PCI Serial Port...

This package contains the Intel Local Management Service (LMS) and Serial-over-LAN (SOL) support for Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) for the supported desktop models and operating systems. This software is part of the Intel Digital Office Initiative.

Did you try reinstalling the latest graphics driver from nvidia?
