Compatiblity with software

I need to find out if my model computer is compatible with software bestbuy was not sure. They said no way to upgrade driver on this computer though. So here is what I need and I want to be sure it is compatible before I buy software.

GPU Intel HD Graphics 5000
Driver OpenGL ES 3
CPU Intel Core 2 Duo
RAM 2 GB

if i'm not mistaken aps best buy is a sale shop?
They have their own software, what is it, or are you talking about software that you want to buy from them?
