Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello:

I'm using Microsoft Teams for online classes of my son. This computer is only used for this purpose. We have been using the computer for this since October 2020 without any problem. Since the school started back on January, we have been experiencing that the computer freeze almost every day while using Microsoft Teams meeting.

I have reinstalled the Microsoft Teams application, disabled the GPU hardware acceleration in the Teams application, increased the PC memory to 16GB, increased the internet speed, and still having the issue.

When this happens, it doesn't even allow me to open the task manager to understand what is causing the computer to freeze.

Any suggestion?

Video, audio or camera drivers may be the issue.  Having the latest drivers isn't always a solution as drivers themselves can have issues.  Are you using any usb devices, headsets or speakers or external cameras? Try turning off any audio effects and reducing the audio quality.

Also try reducing sound quality in the control panel, this won't make it "worse" it will just reduce the bandwidth.
