HP Pavilion Power Desktop - 580-023w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m not really sure if this is the correct board or anything. I’ve never written one of these before, so not really sure what exactly is expected.

Basically, my issue is that my computer won’t boot windows. It gives me a beep code of 2 long followed by 2 short. It sometimes will also blue screen and tell me it’s running automatic recovery instead. I ran a symptoms test, and the Hard Drive Short DST Check failed. It provided me the failure ID of: PTRH62-8SWB3E-9XPGRF-60XW03. I’m not really sure what to do or how to fix it. I read somewhere that it could be as simple as loose wires, so I opened up the case and tried checking the wires, but they all seemed fine. Any and all advice or guidance on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
