Product: HP Desktop All-In-1

i have a desktop HP all in one. Started having problems with the lockscreen and now that that is no longer an issue. The computer wont connect to email services or google searches. Microsoft as well. Do I need RealtekRTL installed or updated? Also updating these things is takingover an hour and im not seeing an progress in the download.
