Product: Hp envy all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

My pc is turning on then the windows logo is showing however just turning straight off then it turns back on and keeps repeating please help??

@Shaneyg -- can you boot the computer from the Windows Installation Media?  If so, choose "repair" instead of choosing "install".  Maybe, that "repair" mode will work.

 

Also, when powering-on your computer, repeatedly tap the ESC key, until you see a menu that allows you to launch the HP Diagnostics. Launch it, and see if it detects a hardware problem.
