Computer won’t run diagnostics!

Hello, recently I had Upgrades done to my desktop. I thought it was all taken care. Few days later. All it does when I start it up, says diagnostics then shuts down. Windows won’t work except that!!!!!please can you help in this matter?  I need my computer for work?

@Sharon09359 Try booting into safe mode: click here for details, once there, use the keyboard shortcut “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open. In the text box, write “msconfig” and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open, on the General tab, ensure you select normal startup, if that's already selected, click on load selective startup and choose load system services and load startup items.
