Product: HP Desktop - M01-F0033w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently purchased   Logitech 1080p stream  webcam , works with my  Windows 10 default camera app and desktop had no problem detecting  new webcam and is listed 

Among other connected devices. But when i tried to use the webcam   with my  Cyberlink Youcam 9 app , error message from youcam 9 app claiming no cameras detected

Any help ?
