HP Recommended

I don't believe it is installed on mine. When I search HP Recovery Manager or just Recovery Manager nothing shows up. Is there a way to get HP Recovery Manager if it isn't already installed on your PC?

The trouble is: if there's no HP Recovery Manager on your machine, then it's unlikely that original source files or OEM recovery partition are present either and can be used.

 

Do you know if OS has been installed off Microsoft Media Creation Tool / Windows Installer (so generic Windows install), or off HP Installation Media (so contains all HP-supplied software etc.)?

I'm guessing it's the former scenario as that's why you're looking for this program.

 

Also, do you have HP Recovery Media by any chance?

 

In either case my suggestion is: Get all relevant/missing HP software installed from here:

(it's a generic link with drivers & software for all 870-series OMENs, not just your subversion) and pay attention to the information in this post re: components related to front panel light control and their versions:
