Sounds like a web site you visited, usually by accident and it is displaying fake virus alert.
Try the following: Press CTRL-ALT-DEL on keyboard and the system will popup a display that includes running the task manager
Select the task manage and under processes look for your browser application (Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc)
Select the browser, right click the mouse and select "End Task"
Bring up a different browser if available and download the free malware bytes

If you do not have a different browser then bring up what you have and be sure to NOT to select "restore previous websites"
If none of the above work then boot into safe mode then try again.
