Hi there!
Can I get a little more information? I'm not sure what "Devices and Drives" means, but I'd assume you're probably referring to File Explorer > This PC (looks like a little folder on Windows 8 and 10). If not, you may want to disregard what I'm saying.
The instructions I give assume the newest version of Windows 10 (currently version 1803); things will absolutely be different with older versions of Windows.
- Open Settings. To do this, click or tap the Windows icon in the bottom-left corner or touch your hardware Windows key, then click the gear icon.
- In the search box, type "play cd", then click the option that says "Play CDs or other media automatically".
- Scroll to DVDs, then choose your preferred media player for "DVD movie" and "Enhanced DVD movie". Be sure to set both, as some DVDs will not play automatically if you don't set both.
- Put in a DVD and enjoy the show!
