Date & Time not syncing automatically
Settings are set to SYNC
I shut down computer when not in use - sometimes for weeks.
Is there a battery backup inside that must be changed ?

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
At least in my personal experience, the CMOS battery in your HP All-In-One - 22-3120 (M9Z57AA) has most likely gone bad on your "March" (SSID: 2B3B) motherboard, see: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04826919. One of the tell-tale signs of a flat CMOS battery is that your computer will lose its ability to keep the date and time accurately.
You should consider replacing the CMOS CR2032 battery. This battery can be purchased at any drugstore, supermarket, electronics store or online such as Amazon. It is easy to replace: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGXDMsTE5zM&ab_channel=HPSupport.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
