The battery diagnostics have nothing to do with the CMOS battery, which is used to retain UEFI settings when the computer is powered off.
You said this has a battery, but you posted this in the Desktops section. So, is this actually a laptop?
Which version of Windows are you running -- Windows 10 or Windows 11?

Synchronize your computer clock with an internet time server
- Connect your computer to a network with an active internet connection
- In Windows, search for and open Change the date and time
- On the Time & Language window, click Sync now under Synchronize your clock
