Defeito no Mouse

Meu mouse HP fica com uma luz laranja piscando e o ponteiro do mouse para de funcionar, já troquei a pilha e o problema volta. Gostaria de uma solução para o meu problema, meu mouse é novo, tenho problema apenas com o mouse, o teclado funciona normalmente.
