I'm unsure about any of this but want to delete the files I've circled in the attached picture. I don't know how to access the UEFI partition plus I don't think I want to delete the Boot files but, at least the Support Framework section as everything under HP was installed yesterday when I was trying to fix a wireless/bluetooth adapter issue. Thanks!

My advice -- leave them alone! You're asking for problems if you force the delete of these.
