Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H509AV)

I am very stressed. My Omen Gaming Hub wouldn't update, and I was told to delete every HP app I have. I did. I also deleted program files and renamed program data and deleted app data. Then, when I try to reinstall Omen Gaming Hub and update the SDK like it asks, it makes me do it manually. When I do it manually, it doesn't do anything and keeps asking me when I reboot regardless. One time, It said the drivers were outdated instead. The same thing happened. I attached some screenshots. If you have any other questions PLEASE ask me. And also I had to reset my PC a little bit ago. (but I chose to keep the files)

Hi @goodbyesev,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Restore System Files:

  • If you have recently created a system restore point, you can restore your system to an earlier configuration where all the HP files were intact.

Uninstall Remaining Components:

  • Go to Device Manager and uninstall any remaining HP-related drivers that might be causing conflicts.
  • Check for any residual Omen Gaming Hub files or HP software in Control Panel > Programs and Features. Uninstall them if present.

Clear Temporary Files:

  • Run Disk Cleanup to remove temporary files and then clear temporary files:
    • Press Win + R, type %temp%, and delete all files.
    • Go again to %appdata% and remove any leftover HP files.

Reinstall the Omen Gaming Hub:

  • Visit the official HP Omen Gaming Hub website and download the latest version.
  • Follow the installation instructions carefully to reinstall it on your system.

Install the HP Support Assistant:

  • Download and install HP Support Assistant to automatically check and install any necessary HP drivers and software updates.

Manually Install SDK:

  • Should the manual installation be required, ensure you're downloading the correct SDK version from the HP support site. Follow the specific installation instructions closely.

Check Windows Updates:

  • Ensure your Windows operating system is fully updated, as certain updates might impact hardware compatibility and software functionality.

Ensure System Compatibility:

  • Check that your system meets all necessary requirements for the Omen Gaming Hub and its SDK.

I hope this helps.
