My HP laptop did an update last night and because of it, I'm unable to use my current PIN. It says that I have to change it. I tried to reset my PIN but they kept saying that something went wrong. Also, I tried to sign in through my Microsoft account but it kept saying that my password was incorrect for some reason even though I'm quite sure it is correct. I checked multiple times. I'm not sure how else to get to my desktop. Should I wait a while and try again? Does anyone have any suggestions?

How did you update your machine ? Just update, why you have to change password ?

Regards.

The laptop updated when I shut it down. And the next day it kept saying that my password was wrong despite the fact that it was correct. That's why I changed it multiple times but it still won't allow me access.
