Folks, I am new to Windows 10, but really like the features of havinf easy access Desktop Icons like in Windows 7 etc...

DO you know how I add these for Documents and also web page shortcuts?

@dangrout
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Open the web site for which you want to create a shortcut in Internet Explorer, right-click on a blank part of the page, and choose "Create Shortcut."
  • Select the Start button, and then find the app you want to create a shortcut for.
  • Left-click the tile or icon for the app, and then drag it to your desktop and release.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
