I understand, but as I told you, it is a problem with the old hard disk because it does not have time to respond to the command for boot or bios, regardless of the fact that I have a usb with the installation. As soon as I start the computer, it immediately goes into update and reset and into a loop. how do I do client recovery?

You cannot set the boot priority to be USB? There is something wrong if the USB does not boot if it has priority.
Regardless, the Client Recovery is done as follows;
Using a computer that the user has admin rights to download this app.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142501-143000/sp142993.exe
Instructions are here https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4374279-4216685-16
I got it from the HP web page for your system.
please verify the above page shows your system
The program installs at
c:\swsetup
and is in a folder named sp142993
go to that folder and run "install.cmd"
after running that command go and look for the cloud recovery app using Windows key => All Apps => HP folder
Run the program and follow instructions
Note that you will still have to ensure that the USB boots before your 512gb drive.

When I ran the HP client recovery app I was asked the following
Did you see the above? I cannot run this for you as it goes on to ask for the OS, region, language, and server location. Even If I could run this I cannot store 8gb of download.
Where does it say it does not support service support?
Did you download the "client recovery" ? and the instructions
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4374279-4216685-16
this is NOT the cloud support as you have only client recovery.
