I'm trying to download diagnostics 10.5.0.0 but I can't find it on the hp website and when I let it detect my product it only showed me the 3.2.0 version. How do I download the 10.5.0.0 version?

HP Hardware Diagnostics is available Here.

 

The basic Windows installer version is 2.8.1.0 (diagnose problems in Windows) at the above site.

 

The bootable USB version is 10.8.1.0 (diagnose problem outside of Windows) at the above site.

 

I don't see any reference to versions: 10.5.0.0 or 3.2.0 at the above HP Site.

 

It looks like you want the bootable USB 10.8.1.0 version available at the above HP site.
