I have a new HP desktop computer and I purchased Microsoft 365 from HP. I received an email with a link to download digital Microsoft Word 365.  The link doesn't work and I can't seem to find anyone to help me.

it does not work it is not very precise ...
What is the problem, there is an error message, something else?
You must therefore have an activation key.
Unless this is already the case, you must be able to go directly to the microsoft site, to download the program, and activate with the purchased key
