HP Recommended

I saw this question posted before and tried to follow the instructions. Maybe some else can help me?

 

I'm taking an online test and need to disable the system event utility. I pull up task manager and go under start up app to disable this but it's not even listed there. I'm not sure what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated
