Good day. I'm looking for assistance on how to retrieve a disc that fell inside my HP Pavilion desktop 590-p0024. Thank you for your time and help.

You will need to remove the access panel of the PC and hopefully you will find the disk lying inside the PC.

If not, you may have to remove the optical drive as well.

There are a couple of reasons this error could occur. The most common reason you will see this error is if you have a faulty RAM module that randomly gives read/write errors. If you find this is your problem, you will need to scan your system and replace the faulty RAM module.
