IF you're still working this thread -- then the only REALISTIC answer is one you don't want to hear -- basically, you don't!
All-in-Ones are VERY fragile PCs when it comes to opening them. You literally have to pry the screen away from the back cover and you have to do that all the way around -- and if the bezel breaks (which is likely), it will crack the screen, trashing the PC.
I had this happen recently and was told by a service manager that their shop refuses to service these PCs because of this very issue.
Leave it alone and go by a replacement disk -=- that's a lot cheaper than buying a replacement All-in-One.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

well indeed, no news from you @Phoenix201102 ???
Hello @WAWood
we have already discussed your very regrettable problem.
But here, I doubt that letting a cd/dvd around the computer is a good thing!
Other users, have already had this same problem and have successfully removed the cd / dvd
If I can find the document, or at best a video to open the computer, the user will be able to judge, see if to complicate too much
And not all professionals are incompetent, and if necessary he could find one that will remove the **bleep** DVD disc.
Not too much of a reason if the computer does not move too much, and how is the dvd placed, but a bad movement of the latter could also damage something inside, it is also a possibility, I think.
