Photoshop is having a problem with the display driver It has crashed and has disabled any enhancements. Photoshop suggested the manufacters website but have been unsuccessful. My computer is inherited and am unsure of just how old it is so that may be what it is

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, that model is not supported for W10 by HP since it was made prior to August of 2013, so you will have to live with the default W10 graphics driver that Microsoft installed.

Intel never developed any W10 graphics drivers for the Intel HD 2000 graphics.
