trying to make my startup faster so I'm looking at msconfig startup tasks. Do I need the OSDManager.exe startup task? I do not use the touch screen/touchsmart function. that is turned off.

To get the answer to this question, Yes! you can disable the OSDManager.exe if not using the touchscreen functions.
