I read about a security update needed for safety when starting up my computer. I cannot find my model listed in the HP list. Do I need it? Where can I find it? I believe updates are from March 2022.

I would first do a manual Windows "Check for updates", then go to HP's BIOS/Driver Update page here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-desktop-pc-tp01-1000i/32480782/model/35801273, and see if from HP's point of view you're up to date and ready to rock-n-roll.
For February 2022 Windows security updates, take a look here: https://www.ghacks.net/2022/02/08/microsoft-windows-security-updates-february-2022-overview/. For February: https://www.ghacks.net/2022/03/08/microsoft-windows-security-updates-march-2022-overview/. Btw, are you running VM?
My opinion is that if Windows does not tell you to install a specific security update/patch, I wouldn't worry about it. Speaking of security in general, you really should have a strong anti-virus program running in the background. I would strongly recommend Webroot or Bitdefender (see: https://www.pcmag.com/picks/the-best-antivirus-protection).
Hope this helps.

each new MS windows security or combined security/feature update will include all of the previous updates
so if you have installed a MS update after march then you already have all of the march updates
