Does anyone know how to find an older invoice by searching your account?

Or does HP have a billing department where I might get this information.

I need the original invoice for the care pack I purchased in 2019.

If using email app like outlook try searching "all outlook files" for anything related to the purchase.   Can also be done using browser to  web mail, but not as easy to do as an email app.  I once found serial number to activate free games that came with some video cards I had bought and forgotten about.

I see you are experiencing billing issues with the HP ENVY Desktop and looking for the HP Carepack details or the Invoice. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options for out of warranty products as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for all warranty service options.
