hi,

my computer "hp pavilion x360 convertible 14", it's core  i7 10th generation\ iris plus graphics \ RAM:16GB\ SSD

Is this computer good for AutoCAD? 

or any other engineering software?

There are hundreds of different models/products called HP Pavilion x360 14" machines. You need to look at their specs and select the right one.
