I need help i play games on this pc, and I was wondering if you could help me. I need to upgrade my tpm to 2,0

I dont know how to do it and i would like to get a hold of someone.

You can only upgrade the TPM 1.2 firmware to 2.0 if your PC is one of those listed at the link below:
