Two days ago I downloaded a BIOS update.  Now I can't play iTunes. I have my library on-screen but the player skips from track to track and does not play anything.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I know it appears the iTunes problem and a BIOS update may be linked.

This would be very unusual if this is the case.

Restart your PC. Check iTunes again.

Check for a iTunes update, remove iTunes and reinstall iTunes, or contact Apple.

Regards
