According to the Parrot OS info page you can.  Here is their guide

https://www.parrotsec.org/docs/installation/dualboot-with-windows

Keep in mind that doing any of the mentioned processes, you should have a complete backup of the present system stored on a separate media, just in case of any problems that might cause data lose.  And make sure there is sufficient space on the hard drive, before starting.
