Product: HP Slim Desktop - S01-pF1048xt

While dialed into a remote work session using 2 displays, the pointer/arrow disappears, most of the times. when moving from the right display to the left display.   I can get it back by hitting CRTL.   How do I prevent it from disappearing? This is a new problem with a new windows 11 computer.  It did not happen with the old windows 8 computer.
