Hi everyone,
i got a new ENVY AiO 34 -c1xxx. Very nice device, but i can't manage to take a screenshot of the entire screen using the keyboard.
The print screen button (there is a button with a printer symbol) doesn't work as expected.
The keyboard is labeled IC4251A-KHSAP003K and its that one coming with the PC.
I have tried pretty much all combinations with Alt, Windows, Ctrl and fn keys... 😞
Theres a lot of pages with ENVY and screenshot - but I have not found one specifically for mine 34 1cxxx...
Hope there is a solution; its pretty essential for me. THANKS...

Windows 11 has different way to take a screen shot. Please
1. Hit Print Screen (or Prt src key),
2. Use your mouse to highlight an area you wish to capture (in this case whole screen)
3. Now you can paste to a Windows app such as Paint
4. Save as an image (file).
Regards.

Hello Banhien,
Thank you for your reply and for your efforts.
However, I am looking for a solution without having to use the snipping tool.
In the meantime, I have found out that the "fault" probably also lies with Windows 11.
I have disabled "Use the print key to open the screen capture" under Accessibility > Keyboard. But the behavior of the "print key" does not change!
I'm not sure whether this is due to the ENVY's keyboard or Windows 11! The keyboard has no Prt scr or similar key, only one with a printer icon...
This key does NOTHING - to use the snipping tool i have to use Win-SHIFT+S...
nice regards...
